Query Tips
The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean
expressions
containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with
parentheses.
For example:
- Eli Martin
- finds documents containing 'Eli' or 'Martin'
- Eli or Martin
- same as above
- Eli and Martin
- finds documents containing both 'Eli' and 'Martin'
- Eli not Martin
- finds documents containing 'Eli' but not 'Martin'
- (Eli not Martin) and Holsten
- finds documents containing 'Holsten', plus 'Eli' but not 'Martin'
- Verm*
- finds documents containing words starting with 'Verm'
